Recipe: Tomato and Blue Cheese Salad

There are so many lovely textures and bold flavors in this tossed tomato salad. From crunchy pecans to melt-in-your-mouth blue cheese crumbles, I just can’t get enough! If savory salads are your thing, you won’t want to miss this. The acidic tomatoes pair perfectly with the sweet and buttery pecans. And my favorite part is the pop of flavor from the blue cheese. You can also substitute in Gorgonzola cheese, if you prefer an even bolder taste!
